Tamamı 9.7 kilometre olan projede, hizmete alınan Vatan Caddesi’nin devamı niteliğinde ki kısım 980 metre uzunluğunda 35 metre genişliğindedir. Sürücülerin kullanımına açılan bu yolun devamında; Eski Mezitli olarak adlandırılan güzergahtan 140 metre uzunluğunda 15 metre genişliğinde bağlantı yolu açılarak Eski Köy Caddesi’ne bağlantı yolu açılmıştır.
